Every new client begins with a Meet & Greet, an in-home consultation designed to ensure the best possible care for your pet.

This visit allows us to meet you and your pet(s) in the environment where they feel safest and most comfortable. It’s also your opportunity to ask questions and discuss your pet’s routine, personality, medical history, training goals, and any behavioral considerations.

During the Meet & Greet, we assess whether our services are the right fit for your pet’s specific needs. If we’re a good match, we’ll create a customized care plan tailored to both you and your pet.

Meet & Greets typically last 20–30 minutes and do not obligate you to book services.

We offer flexible visit lengths and personalized care plans, including walks, playtime, enrichment, feeding, and medication as needed. Rates vary based on visit length, number of pets, time of day, and care requirements.

In-Home Pet Sitting

Because your pet deserves the best care — even when you’re away.

Whether you’re away for the day or traveling for the week, our in-home pet sitting services provide personalized, attentive care while your pet stays comfortably in their own environment.

This service is ideal for pets who need consistent daily care but do not require overnight stays. We focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine — including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication administration, and any special care needs — so their days feel familiar, calm, and stress-free.

Every pet sitting schedule is thoughtfully customized. We’ll work closely with you to build a care plan based on your pet’s personality, energy level, and specific needs, ensuring they receive the right amount of attention and support while you’re away.

Care Guidelines

• Dogs require a minimum of two visits per day
  (Three or more visits are recommended for optimal care.)
  
  

• Crated dogs require a minimum of three visits per day, with visits lasting 30 minutes or longer
  
  

• Early morning or late evening visits may be subject to an additional fee
  
  

• Additional pets may require adjusted pricing based on care needs
  
  

Pricing & Booking

Rates vary based on visit length, number of pets, time of day, and care requirements.
A Meet & Greet is required prior to booking so we can ensure the best fit and provide an accurate quote.

To reserve services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of service.

In-home care for pets who prefer the comfort of their own space.

Travel can be stressful—especially when it means leaving your pets behind. Our overnight service provides dedicated, in-home care so your pet(s) stay in their routines and never have to spend the night alone. 

Please note: Overnight care includes care in the evening, staying overnight and providing care in the morning. Additional daytime or evening visits are not included and can be scheduled separately under our Pet Sitting Services.

When your dog can’t travel with you, we offer a safe, comfortable home-away-from-home where they’ll be treated like part of the family. Think of it as summer camp for pups—complete with sunbathing sessions, pupsicles, splash pad fun, squirrel watching, and plenty of outdoor adventures.

Your dog will enjoy a private, structured stay filled with walks (weather permitting), playtime - indoors and out, and lots of attention. Large dogs are welcome, though they must be able to climb stairs.

Make your pet's day by booking them a trip to one of Charleston's beautiful dog-friendly beaches or parks! You do not have to lift a finger. We will pick up your pooch and return them right to your door.

If you need help transporting your pet(s) to and from the vet, groomers, training, daycare, or anywhere else, we’re here to assist!

We offer pick-up and drop-off services within downtown Charleston, North Charleston, James Island, West Ashley, Daniel Island, Hanahan, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms.
